What does the role involve?
- Being proactive in searching out new business opportunities using all available methods including social media, phone and networking
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our software and the benefits it brings to our prospects and clients
- Taking a consultative approach to selling ensuring the proposed solution meets the clients’ requirements
- Providing confident and compelling online (and occasional onsite) demonstrations of Rezcontrol
- Raising Avondata’s profile and improving brand awareness

PMS Onboarding Specialist
An exciting opportunity to join our team of Onboarding Specialists – you’ll be responsible for onboarding and training new Rezcontrol PMS customers and existing customers migrating from our legacy PMS, Hotel Executive. You will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products. A collaborative approach is key – and you will be expected to contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements to the overall onboarding process.
What does the role involve?
- Becoming a Rezcontrol PMS expert
- Developing a deep understanding of customers’ business and operational objectives
- Configuring Rezcontrol PMS in accordance with the client’s business requirements
- Building booking engine and SmartGift platforms in also in accordance with the client’s business requirements
- Configure channel manager and liaise with OTAs
- Integrating of Rezcontrol with third party products
- Understanding and implementing rate strategies
- Delivering clear, confident, informative and engaging online training
- Creating professional training videos on various aspects of the company’s products as and when required
- Educating customers on best practices
- Ensuring customers receive superior service
- Leveraging feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
- Listening carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure full understanding
- Establishing strong relationships with new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
- Account managing
About you
You should have:
- Previous experience in the hotel industry, perhaps as a FOH or Revenue Manager
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and for design
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and be highly motivated
- The ability to quickly develop an in depth knowledge of the company’s software products
- Patience and diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills
