Charges can be transferred between room and event accounts, and reconciled from POS to PMS. This avoids errors, duplications and missed charges, and keeps your inventory accurate.
Any purchase or booking associated with the event will automatically be transferred to the PMS, and the whole paper trail remains in one place, with all correspondence, billing, payments and reminders related to the event filed together.
