Our property management system is billed on a monthly subscription basis, according to your hotel size. Smaller and independent hotels have the same operational requirements as larger ones, and should be able to compete on a level playing field.

Setup and migration FAQs

The average timescale from sign up to migration day is 6-8 weeks.

In most cases we can, and our goal is always to make the migration as painless as possible. 

Unlimited. You can access your hotel property management system from any device, any time, anywhere.

Unlimited. Our property management system is fully scalable, so you can add or remove users as needed. Pricing is set according to the number of rooms.

Yes you can. The system allows you to set up access privilege rights according to job role. You set your own roles within the system and assign each team member to a role, depending on the functionalities they should be able to access.

Support FAQs

When you sign up, you will be assigned a personal onboarding specialist who will deliver two half days of 1-2-1 online training. In addition, you will have unlimited ongoing access to our training on-demand platform, so new staff can follow the training programme, while existing employees can take a refresher course if needed.

Our friendly, knowledgeable UK-based support team is available from 7am-11pm UK time, 365 days a year. You can pick up the phone and speak to someone in person, or send an email, or log a ticket – whatever suits you best.

Automatic updates are one of the most significant benefits of a fully cloud-based PMS. We update Rezcontrol every 3 weeks. This process is automatic, and you will receive in app notifications as well as instructions on how to use the new features.

We pride ourselves on really listening to, and working in partnership with our customers. We take on board all suggestions from our hotels, who use Rezcontrol PMS day in day out, and we are continuously developing our system to reflect evolving needs.

Integration, automation and functionality FAQs

Yes, your guests can either check in online pre-arrival, or use a tablet on reception.  Those hotels preferring a traditional check-in can do so, as Rezcontrol also offers printed registration cards and a manual check-in process.

Yes, you can set up Rezcontrol to email their final room bill with a breakdown of charges before checkout, and they can settle by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Yes we can. We have two options – we either provide a fully integrated point of sale system within our property management system, or integrate with a substantial list of POS solutions including:
